About:Map of China Provinces & Cities

can you confirm that Zhongshan is in Guangdon province and not in Henan

also what are the choices of travel to Zhongshan from Guangzhou. and the best way to get to Saanya from Zhongshan.

Yes, Zhongshan is a city in Guangdong Province. You can take light train, from Guangzhou South to Zhongshan, only half a hour. It seems there is no direct transportation from Zhongshan to Sanya. I suggest you go back to Guangzhou and then take train or airplane to Sanya.
