High-speed train from Guangzhou to Changsha

How to get the fast way to Guangzhou from HKIA to book a High Speed Train to Changsa, earlier i check I should go to Guangzhou South Station now I read by Mr. chan replied in another question on Guangzhou North Station which is true. Can you clarify clearly is it South Station to Changsa via Wuhan or north Station.
