About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

HI!!I am Filipino Citizen and Filipino Passport to..I want to know if i need to get visa to china?

we are planning to visit Guangzhou Canton for 5days just to spend holidays with my husband..let me know if need to get visa and if needed whats the requierments..thank you:)

Yes, you need a visa to China, you can apply for a tourist visa to China, but you need to click the purpose of coming to China for Tourism on the visa application, you can't write that you will visit Canton Fair for 5 days for the purpose on the application. Once you write that you will attend the Canton Fair, the official invitation letter from the Foreign Affairs Office and the invitation letter from one Chinese company are required.

is it the first time for you to apply China visa? Do you have previous China visa sticker?

Ok...yes its my first time to come in china...and not yet visa sticker from china on my passport..whats the requirements i need to prepare?..need to appearance my self which i am married already but i am 20 years of age?pls let me know...and how long to wait to have visa when the requirments already prepared?thank you:)

You need to prepare the following documents if it is the first time for you to go to China:
1. your original passport
2. filled application form V.2011A affixed with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo
3. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket
4. Hotel reservation
5. original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad
6. original bank certificate with receipt or original passbook, updated within the month that you are applying
7. if you are employed persons, also provide an employment certificate, company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR
if you are businessmen, provide business registration of company, TIN ID and latest ITR
8. Personal appearance is required for those who are 16-21 years old
9. The emergency contact information page in your passport should be filled out and photocopied.

almost of the requierments i complete already,,but the problem is i got my NBI clearance today..then the releasing is on oct,.they release for 30 days cos they have new rights..then our flight on october too...how i can captured this?can pass even only receipt that i take NBI?
