How about visit Taiwan during Nov'2011 ? Still typhoon season ? Dec more raining compare to Nov ?

The typhoon season is usually from June to October in Taiwan. The weather in November is generally mild and pleasant and typhoon seldon happen during this month. The average temperature is about 17~24C. It is dry in both Nov and Dec in Taiwan.
