when can i go back to macau if i overstay from nov.2011 to july 2013?

You probably will be fined a huge number of money (probably 10000 RMB) and then deported to Philippines directly. If you can't afford to pay the fine, then you will be detained. Citizens of Philippines enjoy 30 days free access to Macau. But I am not sure if you can still get it because of your overstaying record.
