Tibet travel visa

I am a Nepali citizen. I am studying at Zhengzhou, China. I plan to travel via Lhasa to Nepal during my vacation. And in doing so, I want to stay 1-2 days at Lhasa. But, I am not confident about the Visa process. Can you tell me how to acquire Tibet Travel Visa?
