Can I use the NBI Certificate or receipt to substitute NBI Clearance?

got a round trip ticket for aug 24 - 28, however, my NBI clearance is still not released because of the new system and machine and it takes 3 - 4 weeks. I only have the NBI Certification and the OR receipt. Is this possible? Can I just pass the Original NBI clearance once it will be released ASAP? (To follow)

You have to wait for the release of original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad, then use it to apply for China visa, the NBI Certification or Receipt can't be used to apply China visa.
