From Shanghai Hongqiao airport to Changning Lu

Dear all,
if I go on metro line 2 at Hongqiao airport, can I go without changing to Changning Lu? Which direction do I have to buy?

Changning Road is so long, where is your concrete destination? Anyway, from Hongqiao Airport, you could take subway Line 2 to get there directly.
