About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey

Canadian Passport Holder in Istanbul...would like to get a Chinese Visa? Possible?

She is leaving Canada on Sept 1st for Turkey and then will fly into Fort Lauderdale Florida for Jan. 13/2012 to catch her world cruise. She will be visiting China on March 17/2012...for the day (on a cruise)
If she can get a Visa while in Turkey...what is the date she should apply?
What kind of Tourist Visa?
can she apply for one that expires in 6 months..from date of issue...
does she fill out Visa Application Form...V.2011A and also V.2011B.....section D?
Please help..desperate.

She can try to apply for a China visa in Istanbul, Turkey, but I can't 100% sure she can get it. It is very complex for the question of China visa application in a third country because the visa rule varies in different countries.

She have to submit visa application after December 17, 2011, a single entry China visa is only valid for 3 months, if she applies too early, the visa will expire before she enters China on March 12, 2012.

She can try to apply for 6 months validity tourist visa (double entry / multiple entry).

She needs to fill out visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B (Section D).
