Will be traveling to Lhasa from Singapore with stop-over in Beijing airport at Terminal 3 (for both arrival & departure) for 3hrs, can I leave the airport during that 3hrs to collect my Tibet permit from the hotel nearby (Langham Place Beijing Capital Airport)?
Please advice. Thank you.
