Tourist Visa for Hong Kong and China from Indonesia as a non-resident

I would like to visit Hong Kong and China for tourism purposes.
I am travelling to Indonesia for work purposes as a consultant next Saturday. I would like to apply for a visa to China and Hong Kong, but I have limited time to apply from Lebanon (As I am currently in Saudi Arabia and only come back on Wednesday night) . Is it possible to apply for the visa from Indonesia? (My Indonesian visa is a multiple entry visa for 12 months, but it is not a residency)
Thank you for your help
Omar

You can apply for China tourist visa and Hong Kong visa in indonesia with your multiple entry Indonesian work visa. Please be note that if you will be in Jakarta or Surabaya, you can apply for your China tourist visa from CVASC. But for HK visa application, you should submit it to Chinese embassy or consulate or send to HK immigration department directly.
