can i get china visa in hongkong?

Im a Philippine passport Holder, I already have 4 china visa sticker on my passport, is it possible for me to get a L visa in Hongkong?

Yes, it is possible for you to get a L visa in Hong Kong if you already have 4 China visa stickers on your passport, but the L visa you will get in Hong Kong is single entry , permits only 15 days stay duration.
