Booking train from Luoyang to Jinan

We have to book a night train from Luoyang to Jinan but we cannot do that from the website. On the contrary we could book the train we need from Xi'an. It makes sense to book the train Xi'an to Jinan but go up in Luoyang or we have another way to reserve the train?
