how can i check that i am in black list for entering to china?

I used to teach English in China, I left China to Malaysia because of my son problem in Malaysia but my employer canceled my work permit and my co-worker telling me that she stopped my coming back to China

No one can check this, except the visa officers or Immigration officers.  If your employer send a complaint notice to the visa office informing your work permit cancellation, it may difficult for you to get an employment permit to work in China. But if your passport and previous China visa have not be marked, you can try to apply for a visa again.
