Shanghai Airport change Pudong - Hongquiao: best option?

Hi,
During my next travel, I will have to change airports in Shanghai (Pudong - Hongquiao): one time in the morning (arrival PVG 06:55 AM, connection SHA 02:10 PM) and on the return flight in the evening (arrival SHA 6:10 PM, connection PVG 11:30 PM).
Will I have sufficient time for my connections?
What is the fastest way to change airports?
Any recommendations?
