About:Embassy & Consulates of Nepal in China

I am a Nepali citizen staying in S. Korea but i want to marry a chinese girl in shanghai. How can I get that marriageability certificate?

I know the basic requirements but my question is how can i get that marriageability certificate? Do i need to go back (to my municipality office) for that or can the embassy in china or in Korea provide me that document? Thank you.

You need to get a single status certificate in Nepal your home country. Your embassy in Beijing or in Korea can not provide this for you. The certificate also should be authenticated by your department of foreign affairs and trade then last by Chinese embassy there. Yup actually I did it. I had my brother (in Nepal) to make the require documents i.e " Single or Unmarried certificate" in Municipality office and asked him to attest the documents in Foreign Ministry. Then he posted the documents to me which I had to submit for translation and attestation before visitinf the marriage bureau office in shanghai (the city where I stayed).

First of all if you are in thailand then your family can make for you unmarried certificate where your birth place was..

I am also making unmarried certificate to marry foreigner but that people told my mother you dont have to go ministry of foreign affair deparment..My mother send me now certificate of unmarried😲 is it important to go Ministry of foreign affrair????
