a) Is it possible to get the train tickets upon arrival in Haikou itself, or to book the tickets in advance?  if so, what online address can i secure the ticketsb) Is 1 hr 15 mins sufficient for plane landing to clearing china immigration to board the scheduled train

There are 10 trains daily from Meilan Airport Railway Station to Sanya Railway Station.  Thus, you can get the train ticket upon arrival in Haikou. You have no need to book it in advance. 1 hour and 15 minutes are enought to clear the immigration, but it may be not enough for you to board the train. Anyway, it is OK for you to buy the train ticket and wait to board it after clearing the immigration.
