About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

Will it be too early for the ICE AND SNOW FESTIVAL in Harbin in Dec?

Hi there, I will be in Harbin around 18-3 Dec 2011. A few questions ..will keep it short.
1- Will it be too early for the ICE AND SNOW FESTIVAL ? I read it only opens on 5 Jan 2012
2 - Does the bus to vladivostok run on a daily basis?

Yes, it is too early for the ice and snow festival. Yes, it opens formerly on Jan 5 but trial operation begins on December 25. Perhaps you should come a few days later?! Yes, the bus run on a daily basis but I am not sure about the departure time.
