How can I add an entry to an active Chinese visa?

I got a visa to China in April. It was an L visa good for two trips, which I made in May and July.
I plan on returning in September.
My visa is good until October 5th.
How do I add for this entry?

You have to apply for a new visa to enter China because the two entries of your visa have been used out.
