visa on arrival in Shenzhen?!

Dear reader,

I am travelling from Australia to Shenzhen - China on the 7th of august 2011. I don't have a visa to enter the country yet! I intend to stay in Shenzhen / Hong Kong for 5 days and will fly home to the Netherlands, on the 11th of august. I have a Dutch passport (the Netherlands). Will I be able to apply for a visa on arrival when I enter China in Shenzhen? I will fly home from Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) on 11-8 Please help me! I have visited China on a holiday visa before in october 2010.

thanks for your reply Sally!
Eventhough I might be able to apply for a visa on arrival. There is no garantee I'll get one! I therefore decided to apply for an urgent visa at the chinese embassy in Melbourne, just to make I will be heading to China with a visa that is granted. Thanks again for your awnsering my question though!

cheers
