About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

I'm a Guatemalan Citizen, apply for China visa in Costa Rica, what do I need to provide besides Visa Application Form V.2011A and V.2011B?

How much is a single entry visa for China for a Guatemalan Citizen?
Please give the specification of the picture, size color etc?
If I live in Guatemala but I am getting the visa in Costa Rica, do I need to fill the V2011B?
What address of the Chinese consulate in Costa Rica where I need to send my passport?
Besides the V2011A do I need to send something else?
What is the form of payment?

It costs 2000 Colon for a single entry China visa for a Guatemalan citizen.

One recent 2×2(in.)-sized color passport photo (full face, front view, unmounted and against a plain light background)

you need to fill the V.2011B because you are applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your current nationality,

besides the V.2011A and V.2011B, you also need to prepare your passport, the two-way flight tickets and hotel bookings in China.

China embassy in Costa rica doesn't accept cash as means of payment, after you submit visa application to the embassy, take the pick-up receipt to go to BANCO DE COSTA RICA to make payment, then take the pick-up receipt and payment receipt to go to collect your passport and visa.
