What should I do, if my baggage exceeds the allowed amount, when I travel by train to Chengdu?

Hi
I will fly from Budapest to Chengdu, and from Chengdu I would like to travel to Chongqing by train. I read that, there is a baggage pounds limit (20 kg - 44 pounds) on the trains, and if I exceeds the allowed amount I have to use the baggage transportation service. Do they speak English at the railway station? (because I don't speak Chinese) Where could I found this service at the railway station? Because my luggage will be about 35 kgs. (I will study Chinese language in Chongqing for a year, so I will have such a large baggage)

Usually, they speak Chinese at the Railway Station, but some of the station staff may understand English. You could use simple English to communicate with them and ask for them to help you find the baggage transportation service counter.

Thanks
I think, I will find someone, who speaks English at the railway station in Chengdu, and I could find that place, and could fill the papers to check in my luggage.
