Are there money exchange counters on the arrival area in terminal 2 of Shanghai Pudong Airport? Until what time are they open?

There are money exchange counters in T2 in Pudong airport. You can mainly find them at the luggage claim area of the Internationa Arrival Hall. They usually open from 11:00 till 20:00 or 22:00.
