About:Shanghai Weather

Staying near the 9th People Hospital for a month in December 2011,In which part of Shanghai is it located?

I am invited for this period for fellowship in this hospital. Inwich part of the city is it located? Where can I stay for that period? What is the wheater in Decembe', freezeing, snowing or raining? Thank You for your help , un advance. Dr. Gal , (Israel)

The hospital is located at 639, Zhizaoju Lu, Huangpu District, Shanghai. You can stay in a hotel near to this hospital, such as Shanghai Hundred Centuries Hotel at 1528, Xizangnan Lu, Huangpu District which is about 300m east to the hospital.
It is cold in Shanghai in December with a temperature of about 2~11C. It rains little during this month. It is hard to predict the snow fall during that time now. You need to pay attention to the weather forecast before going there around that time.
