What does this mean "Health Certificate issued by local public hospital" for Zvisa application

it means a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen, the physical exam form can be downloaded from this site, or you can get the form, guidelines and list of accredited hospitalsfrom the visa counter of Chinese embassy.
