I live in New Zealand & wish to renew my expired Chinese passport. How can I obtain application papers?

I live in Hamilton, NZ. Can application papers for renewal of my expired passport send to me or can I obtain application papers on-line?

You are required to submit your application to the Chinese Consulate-General in Auckland (Address: 630 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland. Telephone: 09 526 5680). You can download application form here: http://www.chinaembassy.org.nz/chn/dblj/P020110124211690318724.pdf
