What is the best way to get to the Budha from the airport for a quick visit?

Plane arriving at 6.00am at the airport and departing at 2.00pm.

You mean the giant buddha? I think you can take bus S1 from the airport to Tung Chung and then find Ngong Ping 360 cable car to Ngong Ping village. You will see the buddha when you get off the cable.
