how do i get to guangzhou from hong kong airport?

Which bus should i take if i want to go from Hong Kong airport to Guangzhou Euro Asia Hotel at Xianlie East road in Tianhe area? And do i have to change bus within transportation? How much for the trip? And how long does it take? Please reply soon, many thanks... :)

Upon arrival at Hong Kong Airport, you could take a direct bus to Jinan University in Guangzhou. Then, hire a taxi driving to the hotel located about 6km away. The journey is about 3 hours and HKD180.At the customs border, you should get off from the bus and then re-take it.
