can i obtain on arrival visa from ferry terminal, luohu schenzhen

I am a Malaysian, travel from Macau to Schenzen via ferry, can i obtain any on arrival visa at Luohu ferry terminal/custum?

You can try to apply a visa on arrival at Luohu border, but I suggest you get a visa in advance in your country before travelling to China which may decrease some troubles.
