May i know how will the weather like if i were to travel to kenting around 20 september to 28 september ? am i able to enjoy the water sport over there ? thanks !

It is hot and rainy during that time in Kenting.  The average temperature is about 24~32C.  You need to wear summer cool clothes and better bring an umbrella with you. Well, you could enjoy the water sport there at that time in a fine day.
