Kenting to Taroko National Park

Which is the best way to go from Kenting National Park to Taroko National Park? Is there any straight line of train, either bus?

There is no direct rail. You may go to Fangliao station first by bus (maybe No. 9117) or taxi and take a train to Hualian. From Hualian, you can change a train to Xincheng railway Station. Then you can take bus or taxi to the national park.
