We would appreciate any information on Huangpu to Yangtze River Cruise

We would like to cruise from Shanghai down the Huangpu River to the Yangtze River, about 3 1/2 hours, I've read. I can't find any information on what cruise ships/services offer this cruise. We would appreciate any information on this topic. Thank you.
