I am a Malaysian going to Zhu Hai from Hong Kong. Do I need a visa? Can I apply for visa on arrival?

Yes, you need a visa to visit Zhuhai. It is hard to get a visa on arrival, therefore, you'd better get the visa in advance in your country.
