You need to apply for visas to HK and Macao in advance through Chinese embassy in Pakistan. Documents needed for Macao, you can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/macau.htm
For Hong kong visa application, you need Passport/travel document; One completed application form affixed with one passport-sized photo; invitation letter in which the sponsor agrees to provide financial support and accommodation, and one copy of the sponsor's HK ID if any.0
