Which is BETTER, Tea or Eco Valley? is it possible to cover both 1 day, if we DON'T DO ANY RIDES?

My senior parents & I have 3 full days in Shenzhen. We plan 1 day each for WOW & Splendid China/ Folk Village.
On the 3rd day, is it possible to cover both Tea & Ecoventure Valley in 1 day, if we DON'T DO ANY RIDES, but ONLY watch ALL the shows & see the entire area? If not, then which is BETTER, Tea or Ecoventure Valley? What are the DETAILED timings of ALL shows & live performances?
