Will there be eco buses at the southern slope in December?Also, what is the range of sizes of jackets that they rent out there?

As I know, the southern slope is closed these days. You may go to the northern slope or western slope instead. You can take an eco bus or rent a long jacket there. The admission fee is CNY 125; the eco bus fare is CNY 85; the jacket rental fee is about CNY 30 to 50. But I have no idea of the sizes.
