I am an Indian, will transit Hong kong for 12 hours, Can i take a transit visa on arrival in the Hong kong airport?

I am an Indian paasport holder. I am travelling to Newzealand and have a break in Hong kong for 12hr. Can i take a transit visa on arrival in the Hong kong airport and go out for few hrs and be back to the airport. Do i need to take a transit visa before i reach HK. How much does it cost in indian rupees

You don't need a transit visa for Hong Kong. Indian passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 14 days.
