How can i get L visa for my family?

Dear Sir, i am iftikhar ul hassan belong from Pakistan. I'm working in Shenzhen city China last 3 year. I have Z visa and would like to take some information. My wife and 2 kids are living in Pakistan, I want to invit him in China. pls send me what is the requirement they need for apply L visa.
