5 days visit in Beijing

We are planning to visit Beijing in Aug, we can affort 3 full days there, travel BKK-Bejing-BKK will take 2 days.. total 5 days.
pls recommand the best restuarants for the 3 days in Beijing, best quality, money is not an issue.
pls recommend a hotel that is reasonable... 4stars, easily access to most places of interest and good restuarants.
