We have checked at home that we have overweight of 30kg, If you can and know the info, what are the prices for overweight, and the possibility that we can send the luggage by cargo. Thanks

It is better for you to send the luggage by cargo, like by flight. For details, you could contact China Eastern Airlines directly. As I know, the excess luggage is usually charged at 1.5% of the full price for economy class ticket per kilogram. But the regulation slightly varies from different airlines.
