You need a China tourist visa to visit Beijing and a Hong Kong visit visa to Hong Kong for 3 days stay because you hold an Iranian passport.

Please apply for China visa and Hong Kong through China consulate in Sydney. It is easy for you to get the two visas because you are an Australian Permanent Resident.
