I am an Australian Citizen needing a chinese tourist visa, single entry from Athens, Greece.

How much will this cost me and what is the fastest way to do this? Can i come down to the embassy in Athens?

You can submit your application to Chinese embassy in Athens in person. For tourist visa application, you need to prepare a return ticket and hotel bookings in China. Generally, the processing time needed is 4 working days from the embassy. About visa fee, it may differ but will be charged according to the bilateral aggreement between China and Australia.

I will need the Visa on the spot, is that possible? I will only be in Athens for a day.

I already have a flight and accomodation booked in Beijing.
