my name is emmanuel lawson, I lost both of my old and new passport yesterday, what can I do now to get them back?

my name is emmanuel lawson and i am from ghana, i stay in china too but i always go and come back... i was sick yesterday so i went to see the doctor and i stop my car at the front of the hospital... a chinese man break my car and take my bag,,... inside my ag i have my passport my 9800rmb also with my house key with other doucument on it.... the prolem now not the money but my passport cos my passport is two..the old and new passport.... please i need help thanks
