Lost Duty Free in Pudong airport

Hi i flew into Puodong Airport yesterday and lost my duty free there. I spoke to numerous people about it asking for help, and didnt get any help at all! not even to where i should go for help. Please could you give me an email address, contact name? number? of where i can ask at the item i bought is sealed with my receipt in it, which also has my details on it.
