Where do I go in GuangZhou to apply for the Green Card? I dont want the 1 year residence visa. I want the 10 year Green Card. I satisfy all the above requirements. When I renew my visa, the officials there say there is no such thing as a Green Card in China, and I have to re-apply every year for the 1 year residence visa.
