Does the airport express rail from San Yuan Qiao go directly to terminal 3?

If the airport express rail just stops at terminal 2, how do we travel from terminal 2 to terminal 3?

Yes, the Capital airport express rail does have stops both at Terminal 2 and terminal 3.
