About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

How do I make an appointment with the China Consulate in San Francisco?

My husband was told we need to make an appointment for him to get a visa because he is Tibetan. I have tried calling to make an appointment before we fly to San Francisco for an hour and the lines are all busy. Please let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

There is no other option, you have to call the number of visa officer +1-415-6742940 (service staff, 15:00-16:30 on working days) again and again or send a fax to +1-415-5634861 to ask for an appointment. If both methods are not accessible, your husband has to go to the consulate in person to asks for an appointment.
