I am an Indian and wish to visit China to meet my son and daughter-in-law for a period of one month.  What are the documents required in order to obtain the visa for me and my wife.

You can apply for China tourist visa for this purpose, the documents needed are as follows:1. Original passport which has more than 6 months left before it expires from the date of application for a visa and sufficient blank visa pages.  and photocopy of personal data page of your passport.2. One completed Visa Application Form (Form V2011A). 3. Proof of sufficient finances to cover all expenditures in China when required.4. Confirmed return flight ticket and its photocopy.5. Proof of kinship and invitation letter from your son in China and copy of his passport, residence permit/visa in China.
