About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

I did not get the residence permit using my last Z visa in China? Do I need to attach an explaination for that if I will apply for a new Z visa to China?

You are right Kyle. But the visa officer can check the already issued Z visa and ask why. I did not get the residence permit. So I think it is better to attach a sheet explaining the reason. What is your suggestion. How should I explain? Please help me.

Not necessary but if you want, you can do it. In my opinion, if you have all required documents for a Z visa, such as the work permit and official invitation letter, you can just apply without explaination about your last expired Z visa and the deny of residence permit.
