already have a `z` visa, how can i change employer with it in china?

I have worked in China for 6 years, just started with new employer , i already have `Z` visa , will that be ok or do i need a new visa ?

You should get a release letter from your former employer with stamp. With that and other necessary documents providedc by your new employer, you can change your employer and renew your Residence Permit without leaving China mainland.
